returns
wired names can’t be returned as these are customized items ♡
items that are not customized can be returned within 2 weeks of delivery. it goes a little something like this:
〰 items have to be in the same condition as you received them (unused, clean, labeled).
〰 we can’t accept a return that has traces of usage.
〰 send an email to hello@thedaydreamcult.be to notify us.
〰 safely package all items in a similar matter as you have received them (use the same bag/box).
〰 the shipping costs of the return will not be refunded.
〰 the package has to be send with a track and trace code to:
